To assist our clients with cost management, policy enforcement and supplier negotiations we apply the services of an account manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the travel service and will ensure our suite of management information and reporting tools are available and tailored to each clients requirements.

Essentially our account managers are your working partners. With a professional and consultative approach they ensure all discussed service requirements are being met. BVT’s account managers are prepped to carry out negotiations with all relevant airliners for corporate agreements on behalf of our clients. At the same time account managers will provide on going assessments and recommendations and are accountable for the overall success and strategic direction of your travel program.

Traveler Tracking

We offer a travel risk management solution in the form of our Emergency Tracking System. Emergency Tracking System (ETS) enables you to identify the location of your employees worldwide. ETS is able to track a travellers’ pre-arrival and pre departure by airline, airport, city and country, whether arriving by direct flight or mid itinerary.

BVT Mobile

BVT Mobile is our customized solution for business travellers. With BVT Mobile everything travel related is in the palms of your hands. Travellers can manage their bookings as well as make new requests or talk to our consultants at any given point in the travel process.

Availability Abroad

Availability Abroad checks and applies the availability of booking classes in different locations from within our network. It gives our consultants the ability to book a flight in a lower class from one of our network partners elsewhere in the world. Essentially, availability abroad ensures we are issuing the lowest logical global fare at all times.

Waitlist Watcher

Our network’s Waitlist Watcher, designed by network partner ATPI, uses robotic technology to constantly look to confirm seats which are waitlisted on critical flights.

Fare Viewer

A proprietary kit of technology allowing BVT consultants to view fares from different network offices on one screen ensuring our clients are always given the lowest possible fare at all times.

Online Booking Tool

We provide a corporate online booking tool for corporates looking to streamline and simplify their travel processes. With its ability to have multiple workflows for approvals, our corporate online booking solution is a must have if you are looking to maximize value from your travel spend.

We also provide a leisure booking tool that allows leisure traveler to plan, book and purchase air, hotel, holiday packages and car travel arrangements online.

BVT24

BVT believes in providing the best level of service at all times. To this end, we are able to provide all our clients with a 24-hour, 7 days a week emergency service.

Outside the standard operating times (0800 -1700 hours, Monday to Friday), clients also have access to our in-house 24/7 emergency services – BVT24.

BVT24 is comprised of a team of highly experienced consultants who possess strong prioritizing, problem solving and listening skills and are trained to provide immediate assistance to traveller incidents such as:

• Assistance with lost baggage, tickets or passports
• Assistance with flight delays, cancelled flights and missed flight
